Some people were senting this around and also it is the purpose on the original site to make fun of these guys who get a picture made drinking their beer.  For some of the upper crust there may be some critisism of why wasn’t they drinking wine or champaigne but I think it is a good picture like it is for several reason.

First it is obviously a man and his boy who is going to the military and this is maybe even their first beer together.  Good to capture that moment in print I say.  Special times are the best pictures.  Another reason is that they are drinking a American beer which provide the symbolism of the boy’s military.  If this were Corona the viewer may confuse over why is it a Mexican beer but American uniform?  Three–up in the corner they are making a cheers, which also indicates the first beer together or at the very least the first sips of these two beers are coming up soon.  It also says it is a happy occasion (”cheers”) so we know that the boy is not drafted into the war but picked it his self.  Last is the healthy choice of a light beer.  The dad may have a been overweight before or maybe it is type 2 diabetes is the affliction.  It is a sad time when people want to make fun of good health choices.

Haters and people who make fun should get with the program of these two guys.
