Do the people running the television companies know that almost everyone has more than 3 or 4 choices now? Do they know I have remote control and can change the channels without even thinking about it? It’s so easy a baby can do it. Do they know that there’s cable, Direct TV, YouTube, and a million other things out there that are competing for my attention? Don’t they know that video games are better than ever before and getting better every day. Don’t they know that it gets harder and harder to get my attention by the second? Don’t they know they know even if they get my attention they are going to have a hard time keeping it?

They must not know, because they brought back American Gladiators.

The gladiators are vintage TV, steroid laden, old school. It’s a good replacement for Roller Derby.

i actually watched the first episode of the “new” american gladiators… borrrrring. they had an opportunity to make this so much better (and bloodier), but no, they made it the same spandex laden bullshit, they didn’t even change up the events…. lame.
